Set in the idyllic, peaceful surroundings of Quarriers Village in Bridge of Weir, Riverview offers a warm, welcoming environment where every day brings the chance to make a real difference.
The service provides high‑quality respite and short breaks, typically from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, with longer holiday breaks available on request.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team working closely with the people we support and their families to ensure every stay feels safe, enjoyable and personalised.
You’ll Be Involved In Supporting People With:
- Trips to the local pub or cinema
- Theme nights and music workshops
- Scenic walks and relaxation time
- Access to our dedicated sensory room
- Personal care and delivering a person‑centred approach
Working Pattern: We are offering two full‑time, permanent contracts (39 hours per week).You’ll need to be available for variable shifts that support the needs of the people who use our service, including:
- Early shifts: 7am – 2:30pm
- Late shifts: 2pm – 9:30pm
- Weekend working on a rota basis
As part of rota planning, the service aims to give staff four days off in a row once per month.
Sleepover shifts are available but not essential and offer additional earning potential. Typically, this includes one sleepover per week.
