We are a family owned business seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Truck Crane Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a truck crane. Will consider candidates with experience in heavy equipment in a construction environment. There will be some daily travel to the Springfield area. Home nightly.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.
- Perform pre-operational checks on cranes and other machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and notify owner of any issues.
- Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios during lifting operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery in various weather conditions.
- Assist in the operation of other heavy equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Truck Crane or Heavy Equipment Operator within a construction environment.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to a construction environment.
- Must have transportation to get them to the construction office in Webb City.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
