You'll work together with colleagues across disciplines and geographies and advise some of the most distinguished names in the industry, delivering best-in-class service on every deal.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work on matters across the globeReview, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, and moreAdvise on financing, including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverablesManage deal closings from start to finishConduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional workMUST HAVE:2 - 4 years of legal experience in real estate/transactional work (hospitality industry experience is a plus)Previous law firm experience (large and sophisticated deal experience preferred)Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing. Washington, DC candidates may also be licensed in any US state or territory if they are also eligible to waive into the Washington DC Bar pursuant to DC Court of Appeals Rule 49 and agree to apply for an Exception to admission
