Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Tampa, Florida

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Job Description

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience of ServiceNow development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application with a SNOW partner
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting project management techniques methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Experience with complex integrations preferably between HR Payroll Time and Attendance Workday preferred
• Experience with setting up Virtual agent and configuration changes is a must and knowledge on Integration hub is a plus
• Experience with JavaScript JSON Java and API programming strongly desired
• Experience with SQL NoSQL and Relational Database development desired
• Experience with test driven development agile practices and tools desired
• Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle including production support
• Strong analytical skills interpretive and evaluative skills
• Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams
• Outstanding documentation presentation and interpersonal skills
• Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients
• Must be service oriented team player work independently
• Must be able to work flexible hours including support on release weekend
• Proven analytical data analysis organization and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio
• Consistently passionate for research ideation and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives
