Job Title - SAP PP-VC Consultant
Location – Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Job Summary
- SAP Production Planning (PP)
- Lead PP solution design and configuration across:
- Make‑to‑Order (MTO)
- Make‑to‑Stock (MTS)
- Discrete manufacturing processes
- Configure and support:
- BOMs (single‑level and multi‑level)
- Routings and production versions
- Work Centers and capacity planning
- Planned Orders and Production Orders
- Support manufacturing control requirements, including:
- Sales Order blocking to prevent premature MRP/MFG release
- Controlled production release based on engineering/design completion
- Collaborate with CO to ensure:
- Proper assignment of cost centers to work centers
- Accurate activity and production cost capture
- Support integration with:
- MM (components, procurement)
- SD (MTO sales orders)
- QM (inspection requirements)
- SAP Variant Configuration (VC / KMAT)
- Design, configure, and support KMAT and Variant Configuration solutions
- Configure VC objects including:
- Class types (300)
- Characteristics and values
- Dependencies (preconditions, procedures, constraints)
- Configuration profiles
- Enable VC for:
- Sales Order configuration
- Manufacturing integration (BOM selection, routing selection)
- Purchased configurable components
- Partner with Engineering and Business teams to translate product rules and options into SAP VC logic
- Support VC testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
