Job Summary (Guidewire Policy Integration Engineer):
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and various enterprise systems (billing, claims, CRM, payment gateways, third-party services).
- Architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions using Guidewire Integration Framework (GOSU, SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging, Plugins, Web Services).
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers, and QA professionals to streamline business operations and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to propose integration solutions aligned with technical and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing integration development best practices.
- Manage end-to-end integration projects (planning, estimation, risk assessment, execution) ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
