Primary Skills

PC Insurance Domain experience Handson automation experience with Selenium or Katalon

· Strong Knowledge on P and C Insurance Domain

· Minimum Experience 10 yrs in Software Testing Quality Assurance

· Should be able to Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures manual and automated Should be able to review test cases following the review process

· Should possess strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology methodologies and systems

· Should be able to triage Defects and perform Root Cause analysis on Defects

· Proficient in Test Management Tools Rally, JIRA.

· Should have Detailed and effective written and verbal communication skills

· Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner

· Comfortable in handling Automation as well as Manual test case execution

· Mentor Test Team and coordinate with

· Experience in Framework Designing

· Evaluate and suggest frameworks that are fit for purpose to expand the automation suite architecture

· Identify Test Scenarios for automation

· Build Maintain Automated Test Scripts and also prepare Test Results Reports and Publish them

· Should be able to track the Project Metrics relevant to Automation and also prepare Test Strategy Plans to achieve the milestone on time

Must Have

· Selenium or Katalon hands on experience along with Framework design

· API test Hands on Experience

· Hands on experience with CICD pipeline implementation SCM Tool Jenkins GIT

· Well versed with Agile Methodology

· Sound Knowledge of Testing Framework

· Sound knowledge on Database concepts and hands on writing basiccomplex SQL queries

· Good Experience in handling headless Automation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRESPONSIBILITIES

· Works within QA team to develop and implement automation scripts

· Participates in functional walkthroughs

· Participates in the analysis of new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverables test approach architecture scenarios test conditions test cases test data and expected results

· Conducts adhoc and exploratory testing

· Participates in the development of test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool

· Develops custom tools utilities or approaches as required to test the application and features for functional and nonfunctional requirements

· Evaluates system behaviour prior to and during load tests

· Enter test cases analyzes results and documents defects in defect tracking tool

· Participates in the release management and quality process to validate those solutions meet business requirements

· Participates in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards

· Perform other related activities and duties as required
