Are you passionate about technology, love helping people, and enjoy working in a sales environment? We're looking for a motivated Bilingual Experienced Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing Total Wireless team!
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with wireless plans, phones, accessories, and account services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and relationship building
- Activate new lines, process upgrades, transfers, and device troubleshooting
- Educate customers on Total Wireless products, promotions, and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Outside business development helping build brand awareness
What We're Looking For:
✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish
✅ Previous wireless or cell phone sales experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
✅ Comfortable learning new technology and systems
✅ Reliable, professional, and team-focused
