Labor & delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Watsonville, CA
Pay Rate: $2800- $3150 (weekly gross)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at Watsonville Community Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care setting while earning competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring and postpartum patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
- Assist physicians during deliveries and obstetric procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care.
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications
