Job Description:
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for child welfare applications, including case management, licensing, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Design Salesforce solutions, integrations, and technical blueprints.
Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and system integrations.
Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases for breaking changes, deprecations, and feature impacts.
Implement AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, and responsible AI capabilities.
Ensure solutions meet security requirements, platform governance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
