Required Experience & Skills
- 8 years of frontend engineering experience, including enterprise-scale delivery and distributed teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and ReactJS.
- Strong TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS skills.
- Experience with UI/component libraries:
- Angular Material
- Material UI
- Bootstrap or equivalent
- Strong state-management experience with NgRx, Redux, or Context API.
- Ability to build reusable UI components and design systems.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise backend services using JSON, OAuth2, and JWT.
- Experience with cloud-hosted applications, preferably AWS, and cloud-native modernization.
- Proficiency in:
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines
- Automated testing
- Observability
- Performance tuning
- Secure coding practices
- Strong troubleshooting, estimation, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and collaborate across offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting applications with a large enterprise user base.
- Exposure to Node.js, micro-frontends, modern build tooling, containerized deployments, and frontend architecture modernization.
- Experience in automotive, retail, dealer, customer experience, or similarly complex enterprise domains.
