What You'll Do
As a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN), you'll oversee each resident's daily medical care, including:
- Medication administration and treatments
- Tube feedings, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
- Personal care and health monitoring
- Accompanying residents to medical appointments
- Participating in community outings and activities
- Creating a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment
Unlike traditional nursing roles, you'll have the time to focus on your patients. With a 2:1 resident-to-nurse ratio, you'll provide the quality care every nurse strives to give—supported by a Nurse Manager, Primary Nurse, Direct Support Professionals, and a physician on call 24/7.
What We're Looking For
- Active PA RN or LPN license (Compact licenses accepted)
- Tracheostomy and ventilator management experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Ability to pass required background clearances
