Here, you'll build meaningful relationships with the individuals you care for while working alongside a supportive clinical team. As a Staff Nurse ( RN / LPN) , you'll oversee each resident's daily medical care with a focus on quality and personalized attention, supported by a 2:1 resident-to-nurse ratio and a structured team including a Nurse Manager, Primary Nurse, Direct Support Professionals, and a physician on call 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Manage tube feedings and perform health monitoring
- Accompany residents to medical appointments and support community outings
- Collaborate with clinical team to create a safe, comfortable home environment
- Maintain documentation and communicate resident status to Nurse Manager
- Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements

Qualifications
- Active PA RN or LPN license (Compact licenses accepted)
