We're seeking an experienced executive to oversee residential and community-based services across Connecticut. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, managing financial performance, and delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential and community-based services across multiple Connecticut locations
- Oversee Operations, Nursing, HR, Recruitment, Quality, and Billing
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiency
- Develop and mentor leaders while building a culture of accountability
- Ensure compliance with all state, licensing, and accreditation requirements
- Build strong relationships with families, state agencies, and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 8 years of senior leadership experience
- Experience leading residential IDD services
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning skills
- Experience leading organizational change and developing high-performing teams
