ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Customer interface via phone or email.
- Contact manufacturers for pricing.
- Enter vendor quotes.
- Enters sales orders, validating entry to customer purchase order.
- Works open order reports.
- Follow up on open purchase orders.
- Answer phones.
- Assist customers when possible or refers to appropriate sales associate.
- Assists assigned sales associates with miscellaneous clerical or research tasks.
- Work with other departments as needed to solve issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years aerospace experience.
- The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Computer skills, including the use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Email at a highly proficient level.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- The ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to continue development to self-enhance personal performance.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
