Position Enterprise Architect – Applications & Integrations
Location Miramar, FL
Duration Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our enterprise application and integration architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and develop integration solutions using various technologies such as APIs, ESB, microservices, and message queues.
- Create and maintain high-level and detailed integration architecture diagrams for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and mentor junior developers as needed.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize integration initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating new integration tools and techniques and recommending improvements to existing system integration processes and solutions.
- Ensure efficient and effective connection and communication capabilities of technology assets, meeting business needs and driving timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements:
- 12 years of proven industry experience, with 7 years in the enterprise/solution architecture roles, focusing on applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of digital business and technology trends
- Experience with application and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, microservices, ESB)
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and integration capabilities (e.g., API management using AWS API Gateway or IBM WebMethods, data integration, cloud integration)
- Understanding of integration patterns and best practices (e.g., EAI, SOA, microservices integration)
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Technical Requirements:

Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
