Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales—particularly in developing and maintaining relationships with independent pharmacies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new accounts with independent pharmacies
- Promote pharmaceutical products and services to existing and prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably to independent pharmacies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products and the distribution process
- Existing network of pharmacy clients is a plus
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel (if applicable)
