What you’ll do

• Build and maintain detailed production schedules and release manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate material flow, track inventory, and forecast future needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in efficiency and workflow.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage production data and schedules.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, logistics, purchasing, and production teams.
• Maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and production metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement with lean principles and hands‑on troubleshooting.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in high‑tech manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and SIOP planning.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.

Bonus points

• Experience in photonics, optics, or advanced engineering manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing / quality control experience.
• Master’s degree or experience with SAP Business One.
