Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Birthday Party Supervisor to help lead weekend birthday party operations. This role is more managerial in nature and is ideal for someone who can confidently work behind the bar, oversee party flow, assist with guest check-in, and ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is professional, quick-thinking, and comfortable balancing customer service, event coordination, and front desk responsibilities. Strong computer skills are important for this role, as the position includes processing basic item checkouts, reviewing waivers for children, and helping keep party operations organized and efficient. Bartending experience is strongly preferred, as this role also involves serving alcoholic beverages responsibly and ensuring proper ID checks are completed. This position also requires an energetic personality and someone who is good with children, as birthday parties involve regular interaction with kids and families throughout the event.
Schedule
- Friday through Sunday availability required

Key Responsibilities
- Primarily work behind the bar and service area during birthday party events
- Oversee birthday party operations to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate with staff to maintain an organized and efficient party environment
- Process basic item checkouts and transactions using the computer system
- Review and confirm waivers for participating children before activities begin
- Assist with guest check-in and help families with party-related questions
- Interact positively with children and families to create a fun and welcoming environment
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company policy and local laws
- Ensure valid IDs are checked before serving alcohol
- Maintain awareness of alcohol service standards and help promote a safe environment for all guests
- Serve as a point of support for party hosts, staff, and families during events
- Monitor party timing, transitions, and overall guest experience
- Assist with food, drink, and party service as needed
- Ensure the bar and event areas remain clean, stocked, and organized throughout each event
- Help manage setup and cleanup before and after parties
- Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and team members
- Resolve minor issues quickly and professionally to keep events running without disruption
- Maintain a welcoming, polished, and well-managed atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient on a computer and comfortable learning basic point-of-sale or checkout systems

- Bartending experience preferred
