Call for Board Directors, Strategic Investors, and Global Scaling Partners for Quantum of Truth Park

Quantum of Truth Park is being established as a nonprofit, public-benefit institution and accelerator for scientific discovery, advanced research, and responsible technological development.

Our mission is to build the institutional conditions under which foundational science, interdisciplinary inquiry, and high-integrity innovation can advance with rigor, coordination, and long-term public value.

We are developing a globally distributed network of accelerator facilities, research partnerships, and regional collaboration platforms designed to support early-stage scientific ideas, deep research coordination, and innovation pathways that can scale across institutions, sectors, and geographies.

A central part of this effort includes quantum science and quantum-adjacent technologies, along with advanced computation, emerging physical theory, and other frontier domains that require patient infrastructure, serious governance, and cross-border collaboration.

We are not approaching these fields as speculative trends or short-cycle products, but as near- to mid-term research trajectories with meaningful public and institutional significance.

As part of our recent development strategy, Arizona is emerging as a key partnership region within this broader framework, offering strong potential for scientific infrastructure, university collaboration, innovation ecosystem development, and long-horizon regional scaling.

At the same time, Quantum of Truth Park is being designed from the outset for global partnership formation, enabling coordinated growth across the United States and internationally through mission-aligned institutional relationships.

To steward this work at its most formative stage, we are assembling our Board of Directors, Strategic Investor Partners, and Global Scaling and Regional Partnership Collaborators.

Board of Directors — Governance and Stewardship

We invite experienced leaders to serve in a fiduciary governance role, helping ensure institutional coherence, scientific seriousness, and ethical stewardship as Quantum of Truth Park develops across multiple geographic regions.

Board members will play a central role in guiding the institutional architecture of the organization, protecting its mission, and ensuring that growth is matched by rigor, accountability, and long-term strategic discipline.

Ideal Board Profiles

• Leadership in science, mathematics, engineering, philosophy of science, or advanced research administration

• University, nonprofit, or research-institution governance experience

• Expertise in ethics, law, science policy, or public-interest institutional design

• Experience overseeing multi-site, interstate, or international initiatives

• Capacity to guide long-term strategy without compromising rigor or mission integrity

Board Responsibilities

• Uphold scientific, ethical, and governance standards across all developing facilities and partnerships

• Guide institutional strategy for regional growth, including Arizona and future global nodes

• Ensure compliance, accountability, and mission coherence across jurisdictions and collaborations

• Support executive leadership while protecting research independence and public-benefit priorities

• Guard against premature claims, hype cycles, or extractive commercialization pressures

Board service is uncompensated, mission-driven, and impact-oriented.
