II. Job Overview
Responsible for formulating and driving the company's Operational Excellence (OpEx) strategy. Through continuous improvement methodologies—such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and others—this role optimizes business processes, enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and improves the customer experience, thereby supporting the company in achieving its long-term growth and profitability objectives. III. Core Responsibilities (12–15 items)
Develop and implement the company's overall Operational Excellence strategy and implementation roadmap.
Drive the establishment of continuous improvement systems, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Lead cross-functional process optimization projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
Establish and refine the operational KPI framework (covering areas such as efficiency, cost, quality, delivery, etc.).
Identify business bottlenecks, propose improvement solutions, and drive their implementation.
Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., automation, data analytics, smart manufacturing) to enhance operational capabilities.
Lead major improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering, Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement).
Build a framework for standardized processes and best practices.
Foster an internal culture of continuous improvement and enhance organizational operational capabilities.
Manage and mentor the Operational Excellence team (including Black Belts, Lean Experts, etc.).
Collaborate closely with departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT.
Periodically report operational improvement results and ROI to senior management.
Drive collaborative optimization between Supply Chain and Operations (e.g., inventory management, lead times).
Establish data-driven decision-making mechanisms to enhance analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and operational stability.
IV. Job Requirements
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred).
Work Experience
20 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
5 years of experience in Operational Improvement or Lean Management.
Experience working in large enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.
Professional Competencies
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
Mastery of tools such as process optimization and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Familiarity with ERP, MES, or data analytics systems.
Strong project management capabilities.
Leadership Capabilities
