We’re building something extraordinary in Mankato—a next-generation, fully automated, high-speed facility—and we’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager to help bring it to life.
This brand-new, purpose-built facility is designed around the latest advancements in automation, robotics, and integrated systems. You’ll play a direct role in the successful start-up and launch of this state-of-the-art operation.
If you have at least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager, Facility Site Manager, or Production Manager in the manufacturing sector and would like to join a globally renowned company, this is an exceptional opportunity to help launch a fully automated facility from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager, Site Manager, or Production Manager
- Strong background in automated manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
- Willingness to travel extensively within Canada and the U.S. during the first year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production, maintenance, HR, and IT support teams, ensuring effective production management and inventory control, with a strong focus on health and safety.
- Define, communicate, and align team objectives across both on-site and support teams.
- Provide strategic direction by identifying operational challenges and implementing data-driven solutions to increase productivity and sustainability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a safety-first culture aimed at achieving zero incidents.
- Conduct and lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to proactively enhance workplace safety.
- Serve as a team builder, coach, and mentor, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all departments and organizational levels.
