You manage projects end-to-end while maintaining full accountability for performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Project Execution
- Manage full lifecycle from design through commissioning
- Develop and maintain master schedules
- Control budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
- Ensure all work is properly documented before execution
Field Leadership
- Maintain a consistent and visible presence in the field
- Verify safety compliance and work quality
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
- Step into leadership roles when needed to maintain continuity
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Lead project and coordination meetings
- Deliver clear, consistent project updates
- Build long-term client relationships
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific standards
- Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Ensure adherence to safe work practices at all times
- Track incidents and implement corrective actions
Project Controls
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track productivity, cost, and schedule performance
- Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation
- Support estimating and forecasting efforts
Team Leadership
- Lead project teams, foremen, and field personnel
- Develop team capability and leadership
- Manage staffing, performance, and accountability
- Address personnel issues professionally and promptly
You bring proven experience managing electrical projects in demanding environments.
- 5–10 years in electrical construction project management
- Oil and gas or heavy industrial experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience leading field teams
- Valid driver’s license

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with hazardous locations (Class I Div 1 & 2)
- Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation
- High voltage and power distribution experience
This role operates between office and field, with a strong emphasis on field execution.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
