About the Job
Quantum Industrial is looking for ironworkers to join our field crews.
We work on structural steel, miscellaneous metals, equipment supports, modifications, and other industrial construction projects.
Some jobs are straightforward. Others require figuring things out in the field. We need people who can work safely, communicate, and take pride in doing a good job.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with structural or miscellaneous steel installation.
- Comfortable working at heights and using lifts.
- Able to work with hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment.
- Understands basic jobsite safety.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Can follow directions and ask questions when something isn't clear.
- Works well with others.
Welding, rigging, layout, and blueprint reading experience are valuable, but we don't expect everyone to know everything.
A Few Things Worth Mentioning
You don't need to oversell yourself to work here.
If you're great at connecting steel but still learning layout, that's fine. If you can weld but aren't certified, tell us. If you have a few years of experience and want to keep learning, we'd like to hear from you.
We care more about knowing what you can actually do than hearing what you think we want to hear.
