Sunset Lake Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in beautiful Venice, Florida. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Manage budgets, census development, and financial performance
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Florida
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
