The Production Lead Technician works in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC)® to process and clean (eliminating micro-contamination) our customers’ new and in process tool chamber parts. These manufacturing processes may use various machines, processes, and chemicals to meet the varying needs of chemistry, material composition, and coatings of different parts components. Processes may take place in a cleanroom or chemical processing environment. He/she may receive packages, bags, inspect, and ship parts.
Safety is our number one priority. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to avoid exposure and protect the individual.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follows all safety rules and policies and assists Production Supervisor on ensuring employees are following proper safety and regulatory policies.
- Leads and assists in directing production workflow through each department.
- Monitors jobs and ensures quality and production standards are met.
- Develops and assists with training of employees within each department as needed.
- Looks for and makes suggestions to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and organization of work and methods.
- Assists Production Supervisor to monitor KPI’s and goals, and assists in developing action plans for improvement.
- Demonstrates the ability to work within the team environment by participating in the resolution of problems, participation in team meetings, enables associates to work together toward area goals.
- Participates in the daily activities of the team such as safety, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
- Documents all safety, quality, personnel and equipment issues, and informs the Production Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required by Production Supervisor.
- Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies is desired.
- Kaizen or Lean training a major plus.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Previous experience in the Parts cleaning industry a major plus.
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS word and excel is preferred.

- High school diploma or GED. Technical Associates degree or some college preferred.
- Manufacturing team leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to handle repetitive work and provide fast turn-around on production related to masking, wiping, and processing parts.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Must be computer literate, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
- Must be able to wear work area gowning and other required PPE.
- Team player & Positive attitude required.
Work Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; leadership experience preferred.
- Previous experience in parts cleaning in preferred.
