Role and Responsibilities:As a Part-Time Substitute Teacher, you will:- Report to work on time.- Provide essential classroom support to students.- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and accommodations.- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement and student confidence. Qualifications:- Kansas or Missouri Teaching Licensure: Professional, Substitute, or Emergency (Not a certified substitute? We can help you achieve your certification)- A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a strong commitment to their growth and development.- Previous experience in special education or related fields are preferred, but not mandatory.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.- Flexibility and adaptability to varying classroom situations.
