Job Description
The Site Manager oversees the full spectrum of personnel support services under the Human Resources/Multiple Personnel Functions (HR/MPF) program. This role ensures operational continuity, compliance, and accuracy across all assigned functions while managing secure and effective use of Air Force personnel systems. The Site Manager is responsible for team leadership, system access oversight, adherence to data protection policies, and serves as the principal liaison between the installation’s HR elements and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of HR/MPF support functions.
- Manage personnel systems access, including MilPDS, DEERS/RAPIDS.
- Ensure security compliance and system authorization protocols are enforced.
- Monitor benefits support for military members, veterans, and dependents.
- Act as the Site Security Manager, overseeing controlled access and system integrity.
- Maintain accountability for all personnel services and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- DEERS/RAPIDS Training.
- Site Security Manager Training.
- Minimum 3 years in personnel or systems management.
- Strong knowledge of system administration and information assurance.
- Understanding security compliance, access control, and risk management.
- Proficiency in military HR systems and personnel data management.
Additional Information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
