Job Summary
The Tower Technician plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers. This position requires individuals who are physically fit and comfortable working at heights, as well as possessing technical skills related to telecommunications systems. The Tower Technician will work closely with a team to ensure the successful deployment of new technologies and other telecommunication services.
Duties
- Climb towers and perform inspections to assess structural integrity and safety.
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment including antennas, cabling, and related hardware for all spectrums.
- Comfortable working in manlifts for non-climbing sites.
- Complete Close Out deliverables in a timely fashion.
Skills
- Will train candidates to obtain Tower Climbers Certifications and all other required telecommunications certifications.
- Strong field service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Hard Worker with strong work ethic.
Must Have
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work with in a team project based environment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability and desire to Climb
