We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
Primary Job Function: The Service Coordinator at Quantum Building Solutions is the central hub for service operations, ensuring that our customers receive timely, high-quality support. This role manages and schedules service requests, coordinates field technicians, and maintains seamless communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams. The Service Coordinator organizes work orders, monitors project progress, and ensures all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately, helping the team deliver an exceptional service experience and uphold Quantum Building Solutions' reputation for innovation and excellence in building automation.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime as required
Pay: $22.00 - 30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, scheduling or customer support
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally with experience in dispatch software
- A problem-solving and adaptive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with work order systems, dispatch boards, or field service apps
- Experience in construction, facilities management, or technical service industry
- Basic understanding of job costing, labor tracking, or service billing
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
