Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC controls installation projects from planning through project closeout
- Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal project teams
- Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules
- Coordinate field installation teams, controls technicians, electricians, and programmers
- Track project budgets, change orders, and job progress
- Attend job site meetings and perform site visits to ensure quality and schedule compliance
- Support project commissioning and final customer turnover

- 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC controls, building automation, or mechanical/electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), DDC controls, and commercial HVAC systems
- Experience coordinating field installation teams and subcontractors
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
- Familiarity with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB, or similar systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
