We are looking for a Commercial Service Technician to join our dynamic team!
Primary Job Function: The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on light commercial and commercial HVAC systems. Work will be performed independently and on larger projects in cooperation with a project manager. This includes diagnosing and repairing rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric systems, and related mechanical and electrical components, as well as performing other assigned tasks as required.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as required

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 2-3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for commercial RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans
- Experience with low-voltage electrical systems
- EPA Certification required
- Experience with basic control interfaces (thermostats, BAS integration points) is a plus
- Experience working with or around Building Automation Systems is a plus
