This position requires hands-on sales performance while providing exposure to advanced business skills:
- Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition: Build foundational knowledge by mastering the art of sales and client relations. You will actively represent AT&T services (including wireless, fiber, and business solutions) to customers.
- Team Mentorship & Training: High performers will quickly gain the opportunity to mentor, coach, and train new team members, developing essential supervisory and leadership skills.
- Business Operations Exposure: Contribute to key operational functions, including market strategy, basic performance reporting, and direct client relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Mindset: A strong desire to excel in a high-performance sales environment with an explicit path to management.
- Experience: Prior experience in a team environment, sales, customer service, or leadership capacity is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. College degree (Business, Management, Marketing, etc.) or military experience is preferred.
