Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their service needs, ensuring a positive first impression
- Guide vehicles to appropriate service bays using your driving skills, including manual transmission operation if needed
- Manage parking lot organization, including parking protocols, to facilitate smooth vehicle movement
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to relay guest requests and vehicle status updates
- Support delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane area to uphold dealership standards
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles; familiarity with parking regulations preferred
- Experience working at a dealership or as a delivery driver is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information between guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
