Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure accurate, timely, and safe production output.
- Perform routine cleaning, setup, and inspections following established quality and safety protocols.
- Assist with hose connections, equipment adjustments, and system blowdowns per operational requirements.
- Review production documentation and verify product specifications prior to job execution.
- Collaborate with team leads to address process issues, product variances, or equipment irregularities.
- Maintain workplace organization and comply with housekeeping standards.
- Complete required training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6–12 months of machine operation or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret production paperwork and follow verbal or written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to operational changes.
