Entry Level Verizon Associate Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and deliver friendly, professional sales and customer service
- Promote Verizon wireless, internet, devices, and available services to customers
- Build sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands-on training
- Recommend products and solutions based on individual customer needs
- Assist with new account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Verizon Associates and leadership to meet daily and weekly goals
Entry Level Verizon Associate Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Verizon Associate experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable attitude
