About the Role:
1. AVP, Client Solutions:
We are looking for a Client Solutions AVP with strong project management experience and deep accounting expertise to lead the Client Solutions team in onboarding new clients as well as servicing existing clients. In this role, you will oversee the overall client onboarding process, lead enterprise implementation projects, ensure effective system adoption, and provide accounting-related consultancy to clients. Experience in fund accounting is highly preferred.
To succeed in this role, experience in managing internal teams, along with external client account management, is essential. You will leverage your interpersonal and technical accounting skills to advise clients on pure accounting matters, ensure accurate and compliant system configuration, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver successful and on-time project implementations.
2. Client Solutions Associate (Senior-level)
You will play a key role in supporting Quantium's software implementation projects by working closely with financial data and system outputs. You will be responsible for validating accounting data, performing reconciliations, and assisting clients in ensuring accurate system integration and reporting. This role combines hands-on accounting knowledge with client advisory and data migration skills to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of Quantium's software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AVP, Client Solutions:
• Lead Client Solutions implementation team to ensure timely onboarding of new clients, healthy adoption & usage of system;
• Understand client use cases to ensure successful workflow integration post-implementation and map with key client accounts to ensure renewals and minimize client churns;
• Act as project manager to ensure timely onboarding of enterprise projects, healthy adoption & usage of system;
• Coordinate with Sales team to plan resources for new client kick-off meetings and data migration support;
• Ensure your team's new client onboarding, data migration and implementation tasks are on schedule;
• Guide and coach team members to resolve difficult client questions and situations;
• Provide professional responses and solutions to client inquiries related to financial and accounting matters, especially those requiring technical or fund-accounting knowledge;
• Handle and resolve project-related issues proactively, ensuring smooth progress and minimal disruptions during implementation;
• Advocate and build excellence in client servicing amongst all team members;
• Proactively make initiatives and implement changes to increase team efficiency.
2. Client Solutions Associate (Senior-level)
• Perform data validation and migration from client systems to Quantium's platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity of accounting information.
• Review and reconcile financial statements, general ledgers, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between client records and system-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in credit/debit entries, dashboard reporting, and financial summaries.
• Assist clients by gathering business requirements, understanding their needs, and advising on system capabilities to ensure desired outputs are achievable.
• Support client onboarding by offering guidance on how to use system features, interpret financial reports, and understand accounting flows within the platform.
• Work with the product and development team to test new or enhanced features, verify system performance, and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation including specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
• Support user adoption by conducting training sessions, answering inquiries, and monitoring post-implementation engagement.
Requirements:
1. AVP, Client Solutions:
• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• years experience with accounting advisory, IT consulting, account management, audit/fund administration and/or management consulting;
• Leadership and team management experiences;
• Project and client management experiences;
• Knowledge of private equity and venture capital accounting preferred;
• Experience with IT system implementation (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) a plus;
• Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and able to handle difficult client situations;
• Interest in financial technology industry.
2. Client Solutions Associate (Senior-level)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related fields
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or system implementation
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debit/credit, reconciliation, and reporting
• Familiarity with data migration, financial systems, or ERP software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment (though primary responsibilities will be data-focused)
