Support system implementation
- Assist in onboarding clients onto the platform (data migration, validation, reporting setup)
- Help translate accounting workflows into system logic
Work with clients
- Gather business requirements and understand client needs
- Support clients in using the system and interpreting financial outputs
Problem-solving & collaboration
- Work with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and resolve them
- Participate in testing new features and system improvements
Documentation & process
- Prepare clear documentation (workflows, test cases, user guides)
- Contribute to improving internal processes and implementation standards
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and eager to grow beyond traditional accounting work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of audit or accounting experience (Big 4 or global accounting services firm experience preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems, financial software, or data migration is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliation, financial statements)
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
What you’ll get:
- Fast learning curve beyond traditional accounting
- Early exposure to client-facing work
- Experience in systems, data, and implementation projects
- Clear development path into a more consulting-oriented role
- Hybrid working environment with flexible hours
Location: Dallas, Texas, U.S. (hybrid working & flexible working hours)
