Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and databases
- Oversee the full system lifecycle, including provisioning, installation, configuration, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning of various systems
- Work with vendors to procure and deploy new hardware
- Respond to issues and requests from the Operations and Technical teams
- 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Exceptional capability debugging and solving complex issues related to both hardware, low level software, and networking
- -Knowledge of network architectureExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond to occasional off-hour emergencies
- You excel at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers
