This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly ramp to own critical hiring across North America, UK and Europe
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML engineering, GenAI, data, cloud, GTM, and leadership roles
- Build and engage hard-to-find, highly specialized AI talent pipelines across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe
- Partner with global stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes with speed and precision
- Leverage AI tools and advanced sourcing strategies to accelerate hiring while maintaining quality
- Deliver a high-touch, human-centric candidate experience from first outreach to offer close
- Bring market intelligence and real-time insights to influence hiring decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success hiring sophisticated AI/ML engineering talent in competitive markets
- Strong experience in contract or high-urgency hiring environments with immediate impact
- Ability to use AI-enabled recruiting tools across sourcing, screening, and engagement
- Deep understanding of US and EMEA talent markets
- A balance of speed, structure, and candidate obsession
- Workday ATS experience is desirable
