Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
The pay range for this role is $74,000 – $93,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and validate ultra-high vacuum, electrical, and mechanical subsystems for trapped-ion quantum computers
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as ovens, leak checkers, cryogenic test stands, VNA
- Collaborate with team members to develop assembly, validation, and operational processes to streamline manufacturing quality and efficiency
- General production duties to include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entry
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment – job includes routine cleaning of work areas
- Comply with established safety protocols and other procedures
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an R&D or production environment
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Experience with high vacuum systems assembly and troubleshooting, including utilizing helium leak detection and performing work in a class 100 cleanroom
- Experience working with cryogenic equipment
- Experience cleaning components and working with chemicals
- Experience refining manufacturing processes and developing work instructions
- Strong organizational mindset and ability to document daily logs and project progress
- Good attitude, ability to learn on the job, and willingness to take on any task
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Strong safety and quality-oriented mindset
