Our system autonomously drives employee compliance, proactively tracks risk, and gives leadership always-on visibility into compliance posture, all powered by AI.
We’re a venture-backed European startup expanding into the U.S. market, and we’re looking for our first Account Executive to lead early sales efforts, shape the go-to-market strategy, and work directly with the founders.
- Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — targeting CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and co-founders to define and iterate our go-to-market strategy for the U.S.
- Build and nurture relationships with early customers and design feedback loops for product-market fit.
- Develop playbooks, pricing strategies, and messaging for scaling future sales hires.
- Represent Quantifier at industry events, cybersecurity and compliance conferences, and with venture partners.
- Use AI-assisted sales tools to automate outbound and personalize engagement at scale.
- Have 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with early-stage or Series A startups.
- Have closed deals in compliance, cybersecurity, data governance, or enterprise SaaS.
- Are entrepreneurial, excited about being the first sales hire, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
- Thrive in technical discussions and can translate AI-driven value into concrete business outcomes.
- Know how to balance strategic selling with hands-on execution — from outbound to demos to negotiation.
