About the Role
Quantifi is hiring its first Business Operations & Analytics Lead, a critical role responsible for unifying reporting, analytics, and operational performance across the company.
This role will own company-wide reporting and business analytics, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and IT to define key business metrics, drive adoption of Snowflake and BI tools, and establish a consistent analytics cadence across teams.
Over time, this position will also help lay the foundation for AI-enabled analytics and automation, supporting our long-term goal of building a data-driven, intelligent organization.

What You'll Do
- Own Reporting & Analytics: Centralize company-wide reporting and create standardized dashboards across GTM, Finance, and Product.
- Drive Snowflake Utilization: Leverage Snowflake and BI tools to improve visibility into business performance.
- Define Metrics & KPIs: Partner with leaders to design and track key metrics such as revenue, utilization, churn, and client health.
- Improve Data Quality: Establish consistent data definitions and integrity checks across departments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Bridge gaps between Finance, GTM, IT, and Product to ensure alignment and shared accountability.
- Enable AI Readiness: Build the clean, governed data foundation required for AI-driven analytics and automation.
- Support Leadership Decisions: Deliver actionable insights through recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, or operations roles
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills (forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning)
- Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
- Proven ability to translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for business leaders
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models (LTV, CAC, churn, utilization)
- Experience establishing data governance frameworks or metrics standards
- Familiarity with telemetry and product analytics
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled reporting or predictive analytics initiatives
- Experience in a high-growth or transformation environment
Salary Range
$110,000 - $140,000 USD (depending on experience and location)
