REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and manufacture RF switches, power dividers, filters, and PCB assemblies
- Perform precision soldering under a microscope — components as small as 0201
- Set up and operate wirebonding equipment and PCB layout software
- Operate test equipment: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and voltmeters
- Provide structured feedback to engineering on new designs and recommend process improvements
- Read schematics and troubleshoot circuit-level issues
- Maintain lab organization and communicate findings verbally and in writing
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Soldering under a microscope — parts down to 0201
- Set up and operation of test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, voltmeters)
- PCB assembly and schematic reading / circuit troubleshooting
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Wirebonding and die attachment
- AutoCAD and/or Altium PCB layout software
- Writing assembly procedures, project documentation, and test procedures
- Simulation software experience
- RF filter tuning
- Associate's degree in a technical field (minimum)
- 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Ability to travel up to 15% — primarily Corry, PA for training and production support
