What You'll Do
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Follow detailed written instructions, engineering drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
- Perform precise, detail-oriented assembly operations.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as trained.
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
- Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies.
- Meet established production and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow ECI safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
