About the Role
We're looking for an Employer Partnership Manager to build and lead our employer engagement strategy. This is a relationship-first, growth-oriented role at the intersection of workforce development, education, and industry- and it's central to how QuantHub delivers real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust employer pipeline across priority industries to host student interns and learners in work-based learning (WBL) projects
- Lead year-round employer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Scope employer projects and provide support services to ensure high-quality participation and strong outcomes for both employers and learners
- Develop sponsorships, fundraising opportunities, and employer-funded partnerships
- Promote QuantHub's upskilling, credentialing, and custom skill-path solutions to corporate and workforce training partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align emerging employer needs with K-12, postsecondary, and adult learner pathways
- Support the execution of grant writing, reporting, and marketing efforts
- Contribute to credential validation, digital wallet integrations, and industry-aligned credentialing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate learning and development, early careers, workforce development, or industry associations
Required Skills
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills - you’re equally comfortable in a boardroom and on a college campus
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset- you don’t wait for a playbook, you write one
- Genuine interest in AI, technology, and the future of work
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Alabama's workforce ecosystem and an existing employer network strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and a track record of building and managing a growing stakeholder pipeline
Pay range and compensation package
