Senior Program Manager – C3I&N Directorate
Location: Hanscom AFB, MA
Quantech has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

The candidate shall have knowledge and understanding of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.2, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force to provide strategic and tactical program planning (short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans) in furthering system mission capabilities.

The candidate shall assist the program manager in assessing what is within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action.

The candidate must be able to plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment and develop plans and recommend innovative and effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

The candidate plans, schedules, and facilitates a variety of exchanges and meetings with the program office team, stakeholders, and industry to understand program requirements and emerging commercial technologies which may address warfighter capability gaps.

The candidate shall formulate, recommend, and draft the proper acquisition strategy and associated statutory and regulatory acquisition documentation in a timely and effective manner.

The candidate will support all Acquisition Strategy reviews, develop supporting documentation, and support the government in development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and final RFP documents.

The candidate shall support program management reviews, senior-level meetings/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews; support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.

The candidate shall analyze program operations and provide/execute approved process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Master’s degree (MA/MS) and 10 years of experience, including 5 years in DoD
OR
-
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 12 years of experience, including 5 years in DoD
Top Secret clearance required.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role, mostly sitting; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to move files or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
