What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics 365 Systems Architect position at Quantam?

Overview:
As the System architect, you will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
- 5 years of Architect Experience.
- 3 years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure platform.
- 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
- 3 years of Database Architecture Experience.
- 5 years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
- Experience designing and documenting technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems.
- Experience with CI/CD and Release Management, including defining, communicating, and managing technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts.
- Experience identifying risks and issues from a technical perspective.
- Experience with Azure Communications.
- Experience with APIs.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
- Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
- Experience performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
- Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Ability to effectively complete highly complex assignments in a high-stress work environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
- 5 years of Technical Customer Service Analyst experience.
- 5 years of extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support.
