Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees, ensuring timely payments across multiple locations and states.
- Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage payroll tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs including 401(k) plans, leave laws, and accruals.
- Stay informed about employment and labor law changes affecting payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment, taxes, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Support audits related to payroll taxes, benefits, or legal compliance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records for multi-site and multi-state operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, employment law, and labor standards.
- Experience managing 401(k) plans, leave laws, and accruals.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll software systems.
- Ability to handle multi-site and multi-state payroll requirements efficiently.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
