Lindsey Electric, a proud Quanta Services company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lineman to step into a leadership role in the Houston, TX area and surrounding areas.
This is more than just a lineman position, it’s an opportunity to lead. We’re seeking someone with 10–15 years of experience who is ready to take on a foreman or leadership-level role, guiding crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines and equipment.

What You'll Do
- Safely install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution lines and equipment
- Interpret and work from one-line drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for line work, including bucket trucks and digger derricks
- Respond to outage calls, perform troubleshooting, and restore service efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew activities
- Work overtime, weekends, and participate in emergency storm response as needed
What You'll Bring
- 10–15 years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Lineman
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
- Strong proficiency in both overhead and underground line work
- Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to work a 4/10 schedule with regular overtime availability
